  • 5. Modern Life is Rubbish design blog
    Very informative design blog by Stuart Brown. His articles are very thorough, and easy to read. Stuart's a pretty accomplished designer, too. Definitely worth, a gander for you blog types.

  • 4. sxc.hu
    I go here for all my stock photography. Everything is free.99.. which is my favorite thing about it, not to mention the fact that they have thousands of photos for your viewing and using pleasure.

  • 3. ColourLovers
    A highly-useful color website.. similar to Adobe's kuler. In my opinion, ColourLovers is so much cooler, than.. kuler.... It has helped so much whilst I'm searching for sexy colors for websites. It's a great resource.

  • 2. digg
    I'm assuming you know what digg is (if not, then your geekiness is questionable). Anyway, it's not only a great resource for the latest news, and awesome videos.. it's also a treasure cove of awesome design articles, blogs, tutorials, and, oh, so much more. I have seen items from Photoshop tutorials to running a web design button to awesome deviantArt submissions (which brings me to #1)....

    Um, duh? dA is so inspiring to me. The level of creativity that everyone brings to this community is just so awesome. It is a priceless resource for inspiration, education, and just plain time-wasting! It's like crack.... yummy, yummy, creative crack.
